关于“鹏华傲天英国仓事件”官方声明

针对鹏华傲天英国仓事件，诚一做出如下声明：

1.英国诚一物流公司接受鹏华傲天公司的公开致歉（详见鹏华傲天官网2月9日公告），但保留对参与网络造谣的个人的法律追诉权。

2.在鹏华傲天无法履行转运责任后，对货主转仓的正当诉求采取“割韭菜”的处理方案，作为物流同行，我们不能认同。

3.货主的正当权益和诉求应该得到保障，我们愿意提供尽可能的支持和协助。

鹏华傲天事件中，受到费用拖欠的英国仓和无辜受牵连的货主都是受害者，默认货主为鹏华傲天清偿债务作为转仓的前提，并在官方公告中给予支持，绝不是一个有良心的物流企业应有的担当。事件持续发酵，作为无法履行转运责任的一方，协助货主尽快转仓减少损失，才是鹏华傲天对货物和货主最后的负责和底线！

希望此事最终获得圆满解决。

1. The UK Chengyi Parcel Ltd. accepted Penghua Aotian‘s official apologies (see the announcement on the official website of Penghua Aotian on February 9 for details) but reserves all rights to pursue legal actions against individuals involved in the slanders.

2. After Penghua Aotian is unable to fulfill the transfer responsibility, it adopts the solution of "cutting leeks" to the owner‘s legitimate demands for warehouse transfer. As a logistics counterpart, we cannot agree with it.

3. The owners‘ legitimate rights and interests should be protected. We are willing to aid as far as possible.

UK warehouse and affected parcel owners are victims during the incident. It is irresponsible and incorrect to make parcel owners to clear debts for Penghua Aotian when the owners wanting to transfer parcels, let alone showing support to this wrongdoing in official announcement. It is nowhere near a conscientious logistics enterprise should stand. The incident continues to develop, as a party unable to fulfil responsibilities, it is the ultimate responsibility and bottom line for Penghua Aotian to assist parcel owners to transfer as soon as possible to avoid further losses!
We hope this matter can be brought to a satisfactory conclusion.
